Privacy & cookies.

What this website stores, what it sends elsewhere, and how to reach us about it. Short version: the site sets no cookies, counts visits anonymously and has no account to sign into.

Who runs this site

Cvita Design, a flower shop at Put kapelice 2b, 21220 Trogir, Croatia, run by Ljiljana Hrabar. Phone and WhatsApp +385 91 947 5875, email 2ljhrabar@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising pixels. It counts visits with Plausible, a privacy-friendly tool that runs on our web studio's own server rather than a third party's: it stores nothing on your device, collects no personal data and cannot tell who you are. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no consent banner.

One small thing may be stored on your own device, in your browser: when the site last offered to install itself as an app, or that you installed it, so it does not ask again too often. It never leaves your browser and is not readable by us. Clearing your site data removes it.

What happens when you contact us

Every button and form on this site opens a message in an app you already use — WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email client. Nothing is submitted to this website and nothing is stored on this server. The order pages simply write the text of the message for you; you decide whether to send it.

Once you send it, the message and whatever you put in it reach Ljiljana in WhatsApp or by email, and are handled by the provider of that service under their own terms. We keep the conversation for as long as it takes to answer, prepare and deliver your order, and to settle it.

Third parties this page loads

Typefaces are served by this site itself; nothing is requested from Google Fonts. The map on the Visit page is a Google Maps embed, which means Google receives your IP address and standard request information when it loads, under Google's own privacy terms. The map only loads when you scroll to it.

The site links out to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp. Following one of those links takes you to that company's own site, with its own rules.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete the conversation. Write to 2ljhrabar@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +385 91 947 5875. If something is not resolved, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
